Chef Sassy Sarah is the founder of Yes Please More Please, an aphrodisiac experience. As a chef, she loves creating food that creates positive effects for the body. Since the passage of Prop 71, DC residents may now grow their own marijuana, an increible aphrodisiac. It’s amazing. Learn how to cook with this wonderful plant to extract THC and create edibles that taste good and have wonderful effects. We will work with buds and shake.
You will be given a list of cooking implements you will need for home cooking, you will see the THC extraction process in action and be given helpful tools for perfecting your recipes and dosage.
Will we be eating what we are cooking? We are reviewing the process of infusion to make canna oil and butter so you can bake your own and cook your own at home. Becuase of the law, there is no selling at this event. Guests may bring their own to imbibe and share. There is a smoking deck.
Where is this located? We have a pop up cooking space in the heart of Adams Morgan. Parking lot nearby on 18th Street. Easy to access from red line. Directions are emailed with receipt of payment.
What will I learn? You will learn everything you need to know about infusing and cooking so you know what is going into your final edible treat. In this way, you can enjoy your shake, leaf or bud in edible form. You will learn how to measure your dosage for optimal effect. Yummy! You will receive handouts that cover everything in class.
