1st *SWEDISH MEATBALLS – An exciting blend of Veal & Pork accented with Thyme, Garlic, and Rosemary accompanied by a rich Merlot Au Jus.
2nd *CORNISH GAME HEN -Oven Roasted (half) with a hint of Rosemary and Chardonnay, Sage & Butter Sauce.
3rd *FRESH WILD SALMON – Pan Seared with Mandarin Orange & Honey Ginger Glaze.
4th *LAMB LOLLIPOPS – Two Oven Roasted Lamb Lollipops coupled with a Thyme Port Wine Reduction.
5th *SEAFOOD MANICOTTI – Shrimp, Crab, Mozzarella and Basil Stuffed Manicotti with Basil and Tarrogon Ragu topped with Fresh Parmigiano Cheese.
VEGETABLES: Mixed Vegetables, Candied Carrots or Sauteed Spinach.
Three Miniature Cannolis, Key Lime, Chocolate Chip, and Cream Cheese with a Grand Marnier Chocolate Sauce.
