Compassionate CBD March for Cancer, Epilepsy, and Veterans - January 14 2017Compassionate CBD March for Cancer, Epilepsy, and Veterans – January 14 2017

#LUVcures co-sponsored by March Against Prohibition

TLDR: Meeting at 4ish for a peaceful, permitted march from Dept of Justice to Whitehouse to advocate for patients who might benefit from CBD/cannabis e.g. Cancer patients, Epilepsy patients, Veterans w PTSD… and others.

IF we succeed, the new Attorney General Sessions will have his hands tied and be unable to crackdown or reverse our gains in compassionate use.

We will be meeting at the Department of Justice (which houses DEA HQ for pregame @ 3pm – march begins 4ish to Whitehouse) to highlight the ridiculous nature of DEA’s ultra-vires and illegitimate attempt to employ the most restrictive Schedule 1 (same as heroin) for something which is completely legal, non-psychoactive, hemp CBD (cannibinoids which are legal under Controlled Substances Act and the Farm Bill 2014 and Rohrabacher-Farr) which is used by terminal cancer patients, epilepsy sufferers, and veterans with PTSD, and others. Our goal is to advocate and encourage any of: (1) the DEA acting administrator Chuck Rosenberg; (2) Attorney General Lynch; and/or (3) POTUS / PEOTUS to DEschedule or remove CBD/cannabis from Schedule 1.
