Hearing On HB1496 Medical Cannabis Drug Testing Reform Hosted by Maryland Patient Rights Association (MD) March 6 2018
The Maryland Patient Rights Association proudly welcomes you to come support our legislation the Maryland Medical Cannabis Patient and Caregiver Anti Discrimination Act sponsored by Delegate Cheryl Glenn and SEVENTEEN other Delegates.
This bill changes Maryland drug testing laws to allow prospective employees to test positive for THC for employment drug screening purposes as long as the employer would not lose state or federal funding or licensure for complying with this legislation.

The bill is being heard in the House of Delegates Health and Government Operations Committee room at 1 PM. Please arrive before Noon to sign in by 12:15 or you won’t be able to testify.
The Maryland Patient Rights Association will be on site by Noon to help guide people.
