Yoga and mindfulness practices profoundly impact chronic and acute pain. By learning techniques to shift the way we experience sensation, pain becomes more manageable and can even disappear completely.
In this class/workshop, you will learn exercises to address common areas of discomfort like back pain, sciatica, and headaches, as well as how to shift the way we perceive pain when sensations arise. This class/workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis, and incorporates yoga, meditation and breath work. Time will dedicated to teaching how to use these exercise and techniques at home.
