Beginners Welcome Strong Slow Vinyasa Flow:
Open to all levels. This class will introduce basic yoga poses and breathing techniques. Although we will move at a slower place, we will build strength and balance while challenging our minds, bodies and spirits.
Join us to participate in our weekly daytime yoga class at 1:30PM being offered by Nurse Trish! The cost for each class is $5. You may pay beforehand through Venmo or Cashapp, or you can pay at the door. No need to bring a mat, but you are welcome to bring your own. Thank you!!!
